He holds a black belt in martial arts. He is an avid golfer and jogger. Wilson also enjoys kayaking the local lakes and rivers located in the mountains of northern Georgia. He is a founding board member of a national nonprofit organization, a Christian based adoption organization that has helped bring to the United States hundreds of special needs or orphaned children from the former Soviet Bloc for medical treatment and adoption.

Amber Stoupa has worked with Adams, Evens, & Ross in Atlanta GA offices since 2004. She has worked and managed most of the departments within the company and has a vast understanding of the AER Collection Process as well as an in-depth knowledge of the Staffing and Recruiting Industry.
Amber was promoted to Director of Legal Forwarding Services in 2014. Amber's department manages more than $20,000,000 annually in past due debts for our clients. She is the professional face for Adams, Evens, & Ross's Legal Forwarding Department as it acts as a liaison office for our clients.
Adams, Evens, & Ross oversees the case files for our clients as they are forwarded to more than 400 Independent attorneys in the US and UK annually. When not working for our clients, Amber is a mother to 3 amazing daughters and enjoys being a mom and spending time with her husbandc Edward.
Roland Velayo

Roland Velayo is the Director of Global Client Services. He also manages all aspects of Adams, Evens, & Ross's Pacific Rim office located in Cebu, Philippines. He joined Adams, Evens, & Ross in 2009 and quickly made an impact.
Roland was handpicked by Wilson Cole to oversee all aspects of client satisfaction. With his accounting background and his natural understanding of client services, he was the perfect fit for the "AER Client Satisfaction Guarantee".
Roland has overseen and managed all technology upgrades and system improvements. During his watch, Sales and Revenue have doubled while client satisfaction has remained in the 99 percentile.
Prior to joining Adams, Evens, & Ross, Roland had worked with NCR and Metrobank. Roland graduated cum laude with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of the Visayas.
